How it works
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. The expensive one is last, and it needs your confirmation.
Product photographs, a person you want in the film, an advertisement whose pacing you admire. Everything is analysed — shot types, lighting, palette, who and what is on screen.
"A 20-second cinematic Instagram ad for this handbag, using this woman, in the style of that reference." No prompt engineering, no model settings.
The Director returns a storyboard laid out as connected scenes. Rewrite a shot, swap a reference, reorder the cut. Nothing has been generated and nothing has been charged.
Generate one scene or the whole board — always after seeing the credit cost. Every take is kept, so you can compare versions, approve the best, and export a finished MP4.
Why the output is usable
The things that turn a beautiful five-second clip into an advertisement that reads as one piece of work.
Your brief goes to a reasoning model that reads the whole project — references, cast, brand, previous scenes — and produces a structured plan. Video models are the tools it uses, not the thing you talk to.
Register a character once from real photographs. Every scene featuring them carries those approved images into the generation request, not just their name.
Front, side, detail and packaging shots travel with the request, so the object in shot four is the object in shot one.
Every scene is generated independently and every take is version-controlled. Reshoot shot three at midnight without touching the four that already work.
