Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and authentication details.
• Uploaded media: the images, video and audio you add to projects.
• Project data: storyboards, prompts, generated output and conversation history.
• Usage data: generation records, credit movements and error logs.

How your media is stored

Uploads go to private object storage. Nothing is publicly readable. Access from the application is granted through short-lived signed URLs generated per request; those URLs expire and are not indexed or shared.

Who your data is shared with

To generate video we transmit your prompts and the reference media a scene uses to the AI provider serving that model. This is the minimum needed to fulfil the request you made. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your media to train models.

We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, object storage and payment processing. Each receives only what their function requires.

Retention and deletion

Project data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a project queues removal of its stored media; deleting your account queues removal of everything associated with it. Financial ledger records are retained where required for accounting and audit purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from within the application, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights.
