How credits workWhat is a credit?
A credit is the unit we bill generation in. Its value is set against what the underlying model costs us, plus a margin — so a cheap draft model costs a fraction of what a premium one does. Every action shows its credit cost before it runs.
How much does one scene cost?
A five-second 720p scene on a fast model is around 40 credits. The same scene on a premium model with native audio can be several hundred. The interface always shows the figure for the exact settings you have chosen, before you press the button.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a generation starts, not deducted. If the model fails, times out, or the request is rejected, the reservation is released in full and you are not charged.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits are granted each billing period and are used first. Credits you buy as a top-up do not expire while your account is active.
Can the AI spend my credits on its own?
No. The Director plans, writes and restructures for free. Anything that costs money is presented to you as a priced confirmation first, and batch generation always requires an explicit approval.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
