Terms of service

This is a template. Have a lawyer review it before you operate commercially.

Using the service

StudioAI provides tools for planning and generating video using third-party AI models. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the videos you produce with it.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it, process it, and transmit it to the AI providers required to fulfil your generation requests.

You must have the rights to everything you upload, including photographs of people. Do not upload material you are not entitled to use, and do not generate content depicting real people without their consent.

Generated output

Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the video you generate. Generated output may resemble output produced for other users from similar inputs; we make no claim of uniqueness.

Credits and billing

Generation is billed in credits. Credits are reserved when a generation begins and charged when it completes. Failed generations are not charged. Plan credits are granted per billing period; purchased credits do not expire while the account is active. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce material that:

  • depicts a real person without their consent, or impersonates one;
  • infringes intellectual property you do not hold rights to;
  • is unlawful, deceptive, or intended to defraud;
  • sexualises minors, or depicts real-world violence against identifiable people.

Accounts used for these purposes are suspended without refund.

Availability

The service depends on third-party model providers. Their availability, pricing and capabilities change, and we may add, remove or substitute models accordingly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Doing so queues deletion of your projects, uploads and generated media. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
